Search / Căutare

Apăsând butonul [Search] din colțul din dreapta de deasupra tabelului, se pot căuta cărți după numele de familie al autorului, titlu, an, limbă, număr revistă, sau categorie.

Informațiile au fost inserate în linii mari fără diacritice pentru a facilita căutarea de pe dispozitive cu diferite tipuri de tastaturi. 

De asemenea, pot fi căutate informații în funcție de cuvinte cheie, ce vor apărea dacă câmpul [Descriere] a avut date inserate. De exemplu, editorii, coordonatorii, autorii de texte pot fi identificați în acest câmp.

Pagina poate arăta de la 1 la 100 de rezultate. Dacă pagina se încarcă greu, încearcă să setezi mai puține rezultate pe pagină, standardul fiind [show 10 entries].

 

By pressing [Search] in the top right corner above the table, books can be searched by the author’s family name, title, year, language, magazine number, or cathegory. 

The information were added roughly with no diacritics to facilitate finding results from devices that do not have such keyboard keys. 

Also, information can be searched through key words, which will show up if the [Descriere] field had input data. For example, the editors, coordinators, text authors can be identified through this field. 

The page can show between 1 and 100 results. If the page loads slowly, select less search results to show up at once, the standard being [show 10 entries].

Rules / Reguli

– după ce au fost luate de la raft, cărțile vor fi lăsate pe masă, chiar dacă au fost doar răsfoite;

– biblioteca Pavilion este în gestiunea directă a Facultății de Artă și Design, și momentan nu este indexată în baza de date BCUT;

– cărțile se pot consulta doar la sală și nu se pot împrumuta;

– o carte poate fi rezervată pe masă; se adaugă numele în câmpul [cod de carte] din tabelul Pavilion; 

Exemplu: Alex ar dori să rezerve catalogul Art Encounters 2021. În loc de codul D1 de la cod de raft, va adăuga numele Alex. Pe masă, un bilețel cu numele Alex va fi lăsat pe volumul selectat.

– biblioteca este aranjată după coduri de raft (notate pe fiecare raft) și coduri de carte (notate pe fiecare etichetă de carte);

– fiecare cod de carte reflectă criteriile de clasificare și poziția cărții într-un corp de bibliotecă și ordinea la raft;

– la raft, volumele sunt sortate după autor (unul sau maxim 2 autori), și după titluri (dacă sunt mai mult de 2 autori);

– cataloagele, albumele și revistele, de exemplu, sunt sortate după titlu, nu după curator sau editor;

– revistele conțin titluri în formatul [# numărul revistei / anul] pentru a fi găsite ușor și diferențiate de alte volume;

– volumele în mai multe serii conțin titluri în formatul  [titlu, Vol. 1].

– after being used, the books will be left on the table, even if they were just browsed through;

– the Pavilion library is managed directly by the Faculty of Arts and Design, and is momentarily not indexed in the BCUT database;

– the books can only by read onsite and cannot be borrowed;

– a book can be reserved on the table; add you name in the field [cod de carte] in this Pavilion table;

Example: Alex would like to reserve the Art Encounters 2021 catalogue. Instead of the D1 book shelf code, the name, Alex, will be added, Alex. On the table, a note with the name Alex will be added on top of the selected book.

– the library is sorted by shelf codes (noted on each shelf) and book codes (noted on labels on each volume);

– each book code reflects the criteria and classifications and the book’s position in the bookcase;

– on the shelf the volume are sorted by author (one at most 2 authors), and titles (if there are more than 2 authors);

– catalogues, albums and magazines, for example, are sorted by title, not by curator or editor;

– magazines contain titles in the following format [# magazine number / yearl] in orther to be found more easily and to be differentiated from other volumes
