FAD-UVT
The FAD-UVT Alumni Podcast is an initiative of the Faculty of Arts and Design at the West University of Timișoara, which brings the stories of its graduates to the forefront. Through a series of captivating interviews, conducted in the warm atmosphere of the faculty library, artists reveal their creative process, philosophy on art, and formative experiences. Various moderators guide these authentic dialogues, offering a sensitive perspective on art and a valuable resource for future professionals in the field.

Endre Farkas | Spotify | YouTube
Endre Farkas is a sculptor and visual artist, a graduate of the Faculty of Arts and Design, class of 2005-2007. He works in Vienna and Timișoara, and for his work, he won the sculpture award at the International Miniature Arts Biennial and at the Visual Arts Salon in Timișoara in 2022 and 2018. His works have been featured in group and solo exhibitions in both Romania and Hungary. Two works are currently on display in public spaces: since 2008, the portrait of Prof. Dr. Ioan Văcărescu, which can be found at the Polytechnic University of Timișoara, and, since August 2025, the work Trinity, exhibited in the public park in Dumbrăvița.

Andrei Jecza is the founder of the Jecza Gallery and artistic director of the Interart Triade Foundation and the Jecza Museum. He graduated in Photo-Video and Art History from the West University of Timișoara. He subsequently completed a master’s degree at the Sotheby’s Institute of Art in London.

Pusha Petrov (1984) is an important artist with a rich international exhibition activity, member of the UVT Alumni community. She graduated from the Faculty of Arts and Design in Timișoara, continuing her studies with a Master’s degree in Art and Communication at the Ecole Supérieure d’Art de Metz.
